Electric American Standard Ball Valve

The electric ball valve is assembled from a ball-type valve and a high-precision electric actuator. It is mainly suitable for on-off and regulating applications. The valve is directly connected to the actuator, and the electric actuator has a built-in servo system, eliminating the need for an additional servo amplifier. It can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mA signal and 220VAC power supply.

This valve is generally used in high-pressure and large-diameter pipelines. It features a fixed valve core (shaft-supported type) with upper and lower valve stems and a movable sealing seat design. When closed, the ball does not shift under medium pressure, ensuring more stable operation. The electric ball valve is typically equipped with rolling bearings or sliding bearings on the upper and lower shafts connected to the ball, reducing friction during opening and closing, minimizing operating torque, and making it widely applicable across various industries.

Applications of Electric Ball Valves:

Electric flanged ball valves are suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Their strength, safety, and resistance to harsh environments are specially considered during design. They are used to cut off or connect media in pipelines. Depending on the material selected, they can be applied to water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, and other media. They are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and water conservancy.
